These are all US based, I believe, F international. Oregon elite seeds has had an "issue" with personal information not being kept safe. I ordered from them when that happened, and I did get my order but I do not plan on purchasing from them anytime soon. Also their freebie game is subpar.

scuff box ,
Ruff them up with 150-180g
Then soak in water for 12ish hours
Then into wet PT till ready for medium.
If your not seeing tails you can manually crack them.

Great lakes genetics was a smooth run for me, had 100% germ rate on everything as well.
