I know what your asking and I answered. The government by being elected and making the laws. And most would not argue with those particular laws, except a few ....... well I guess you know, it seems a reasonable law to most, and reprehensible if broken.

So you believe a 16 year old female capable of consenting to a large and sweaty 16 year old male is incapable of also consenting to a tiny 28 year old male?

If the 16 year old female and 28 year old male did the horizontal bop, then the 16 year old female would magically become incapable of consenting to sex, because the smaller (less "dangerous" ) penis of the 28 year old was 12 years older than the 16 year old penis you believe she is capable of consenting to ? That is your belief right ?

No, but you are judging consent on the age of a penis though. Do I have to connect the dots for you (again) ? (eye roll)

You're okay with a 16 year old female banging a 16 year old male.

How does the age of the penis come into play with the ability of the 16 year old female to provide consent or not ? If she can consent to sex with person A, does she lose the ability to consent if it's person B ? What kind of voodoo causes that ?
