North Korea has nukes they can land SOMEWHERE in America.

Since their value is more one of terror and awe, this isn't really a problem for their nuclear program.

Advanced countries have long since realized that accuracy means the ability to use smaller warheads.

Kim has already won this round; he gave up nothing and yet was treated like an equal at the nuclear table.
