Cannabis advertising ban come Oct

Anyone looked further into this? So will products (ie shirts) that have weed leafs on them be 100% illegal come Oct? I'm looking at this from hydro store side which seems I will not be able to advertising growing 4 cannabis plants unless I want to deal with a $5,000,000 fine which at this point is a pretty big nail in the coffin for hydro stores. At this moment I'm not even sure mentioning Medical Cannabis would be legal.

No but I can't put up a billboard showing 4 weed plants in a tent and say Come and Grow 4 Cannabis plants besides the fact that Mission will want $10,000 per year business license for "rec cannabis" businesses. I fund some more info

The Senate has adopted an amendment to Bill C-45, which is still being finalized, that would prohibit the use of cannabis brand elements on promotional items that are not marijuana or marijuana accessories.

4 tomato plants works just fine and has for the last 25 30 years at home grown hydroponics!!

whats your fee now for business license?
THEY CANT CHANGE THAT NOW ............ FIGHT IT!

$140 per year. Come 2019 local Canadian Tire would pay $5000 but if you're a cannabis business no matter how small its $10,000

But why should I have to hide to let people know I can help with growing their own when it'll be legal to do so.

it will come full circle for rec it just wont be fast or with out BS



you can equate growing tomatoes to THE BESST DAMB AAAAA ANYONE HAS EVER SEEN!!! and SAY THAT LEGALLY with out showing a pot plant

This doesn't mean you can't picture cannabis plants, joints, grow tents, etc, it just means Tweed can't sell T-shirts and coffee mugs with their logo. A pot leaf or plant isn't a brand.
