What Pest Am I Dealing With?

Here's a quick clip, hopefully you can see. These things are quite tiny, and fairly quick.

They seemed to have come from the bottom of my pints. I noticed when I accidentally hit the bottom of the pint on top of the orange bucket.
I haven't noticed anything on the outside of the plants, though. My original thought was root aphids, but these seem a little too quick.
If anyone could help me identify/remove them, I would greatly appreciate! Thanks in advance!

they look like springtails to me, not the worst thing in the world, just allow your soil to dry out before waterings

if they keep multiplying or are still lingering then you may need to use some type of pesticide (preferably organic)

I just noticed that they jump! So springtail sounds about right lol. Thanks!
okay, good to know its not too bad, but honestly my soil was pretty dried out when I saw these things.
There are quite a few. Would a drench be necessary?

Thought I might share.
There's a good picture for comparison as well.
Personally I'd be asking the question of why are they there, and what are they eating.
There may be a small underlying problem.
Whatever it is though. Don't think it's much of a concern.

Thanks for the insight and help! Gonna grab some nematodes from work today and see if that does the trick.
Went into my room just now and noticed a few hopping around on fresh cleaned floor. So I know they will eventually make it into my new transplants :/
If nematodes won't do it, I'll probably do a heavy drench.

We have so much damp pine straw all around my house, and my current room was not cleaned before I just put those pints on the ground. Been watering them like that for about 2 weeks, so the room was also a bit humid and not cleaned up.
Assuming they found their way in through the room window which isn't 100% sealed. Getting on that this week, lol.
