Help I think my auto has fungus!

I have a flowering northern lights auto and it had so many leaves with these spots. I can't tell if it's fungus or ca deficiency but none of the other plants have it so I think it's a pathogen ://.

Already removed the affected leaves but I think it's probably gonna spread somehow.

If none of the other plants have it I would treat for deficiency. If it starts showing up on multiple plants and particularly multiple strains you might want to consider fungus ? ..what's your humidity been like?
