Russia, a foreign power, spent money to buy ads and promote them through false accounts on Facebook to favor Trump. That is TEXTBOOK TAMPERING.

It is illegal. That is why all of those Russians are presently charged with TAMPERING.

That is why Facebook was grilled by Congress. That is why they paid fines. That is why they are totally redoing their security and protocols.

And Obama was in office, knew about it, even spoke of it publicly, and chose to do nothing. Trump has no connection to any of it, and it wouldn’t be illegal anyway.
The case that Obama allowed it to happen could be grounds for charging him.
