Week 7 , finding white seeds

Start of week 7. The end is near for these sluts. I call them sluts because I don't know what I did wrong to stress them. But my plants are growing white seeds so I'm guessing there about 3 weeks into it. I don't know if somehow they got pollinated or light stress for being too close, or a light leak, or the heavy defoliation I did at day 30 into flowering, or temps getting to 80 degrees once or a few times when there usually at 70 degrees, or if the feminised seeds I ordered had a strain prone to hermie, or I found a plant with bananas a few weeks ago and cut it off. I think I seen some pollen fly off as I cut it down and was removing it from the room like I was suggested to do. I'm hoping it's just that and there will only be seeds where the pollen hit right? What do I do that my hard work is now pretty much ruined? I'm so pissed I spent so much money, worked so hard and failed my grow. Not too encouraging but I'm not giving up without a fight. I been picking the seeds out as I find them. I only have like 2 or 3 more weeks til there done. If I get really seedy weed do I make bho or hash with it? Or just sell it like it is for cheaper? I'm not scrapping it this far in so that's not an option. I'll make something good out of all the damn work and money I put into it. I'm getting something back then cleaning my room top to bottom and starting over again with clones I plan to buy off a friend. Help, what do I do now and at harvest time with it? I read bho or hash but will seeds ruin bho? I smoked some bho which tastes like seeds once and it was goddamn awful, horrible, nasty! I think they ground it up or something. I read online others don't grind it and blast it? Is that safe or is it better to break everything up by hand and remove all the seeds before I make bho? I can make bho as I have stuff too and I prefer it over bud anyways. Makes me sad my bud got seeded. I had plans on making some money back off some buds. Help a brother with some good advice

Sounds like a number of factors could have triggered it. It happens. Don't worry too much over it. Just keep doing your thing and try to do better next time.

I do suggest stopping defoliation after day 21 though.

Same thing happened to me in the grow in my sig. I don't know what happened. I think I was a little careless with the males that I had because I didn't come across any hermie flowers, although I was looking based off of images I've seen on the internet. The best way, is to learn from experience.

Without knowing specifics, hard to suggest what to do with it. I grew up smoking mid grade that always had seed in it. It's not the end of the world. If I was a seller, I'd probably just figure out how to make oil from it or edibles. Too much seedless smoke around these days to get away with selling seeded bud. People associate pollinated weed these days with low quality, even if it's fire.

In my opinion, you have already given yourself the best advice available through experience. You noted multiple instances where your plants were stressed. It could have been worse, at least you didn't lose your crop to any number of dangers including mold. mildew, pests, etc.

Be careful with clones, people get pest infestations all the time from clones that come from other grow rooms.

I know that. I know several people with mites who I wouldn't take clones from and I got friends who have clean rooms with no pests or problems. I know where to go for good clones. I won't sell myself short!

F that. I don't want bugs in my room for one. For 2 I like faster veg times. And for 3 hydro grows higher thc than soil. And why would I want to switch? My first run ever I had no problems. I didn't have problems til this second run and I'm not giving up just cuz some noob problems. I've invested way too much in my hydro set up. Maybe if I continue failing at hydro I'll change. But I'll learn from my mistakes and change what I can and I'll do better next run. I've got hash or wax material at least.

That's what I said before I came across some seed in my bud Grow was going too well for a first grow. I'm glad it was just seeds, and only really got one of the plants. I can imagine how disappointing it must be though. I'm so glad I'm just in it for the fun and the smoke.

I wouldn't even call that a noob problem TBH. A lot of things are, but nanners and herms can be hard to spot even for experienced growers...

Why not just separate it all in batches, and sell 10 prerolled joints at a time, and charge a premium for the extra labor. As long as it's fire no one has to know about the seeds. Buy a pack of bic lighters and throw one in...maybe ask them what their favorite color is. And if you smoke cigs or know someone who does, save the empty packs and load em up, 60 bucks a pack! Convenience stores get away with charging a little extra for convenience, why can't you?

Weed is 10 a g for dank with no seeds here. 10 joints for 40 bucks would be a deal for people. That's a half g per joint, so 5 gs for 40 bucks. I could run with that. Or 5 joints for 20 bucks. Buy 4 get 1 free

I'll probably just pick out seeds and make wax though honestly. I dont have mesh bags to make hash but I can make bho and that's what myself and most people around here smoke anyways. Wax goes from 15 to 30 a g here, depends how good it is

I dunno when they dried I feel like it's easier cause the seeds don't shrink, but the husks/plant matter does, so they are wanting to pop out at that point.

All grows can get bugs.
I use soil and have never had bugs that didn't come in on a clone or a person.

Also who told you hydro grows higher percentage thc?

I don't care if you grow soil or hydro
Just want to be clear about your reasons.
