unit farm doesnt even give you a distance for their UMOL readings.
Their 610 dollar one is 100 watts less than the P600 @ 1800Umol, (what 6 inches?)

I'd be willing to bet the unit farm would out grow it.
Other than that Platinum is overpriced junk. Justify you buying it all you want. It's still junk.
I would take either my unit farm or citizen cobs over Platinum.
For 700 bucks I could build triple the light.
Don't entertain the unit farm salesman those are just as shitty as platinum

dude I have 800 watts of Lm51c's with my p600. I dont have to buy anything dude. just defending shit talkers downplaying a better light than theirs because they god duped.. they put the price point right where it needs to be. that unit farm is trash tho

Trash = umol ratings without distance = deceiving sales tactic (unlike platinum)

Low output I saw those all over Alibaba crazy overpriced i looked into having a brand put on them so I could sell them to some noobs but I would just feel bad about selling shit like that and dealing with returns would be a nightmare

For 700 bucks I can get equal or more power with Cree and osram diodes instead of bridgelux.
I prefer cobs over either but if I had to choose between Platinum or unit farm. I'll take the u it farm.

I'm using it and it's not low output. I was under the impression they make thier own lights.
They have two models. One runs Cree and osram diodes and thier lite models run bridgelux.
Not sure what you saw on Alibaba but can you link it?

What diode?! Saying cree means nothing they have thousands of diodes. Not going to find you a link it was a while ago before unit farm went on alibaba and had them branded "unit farm"
