I'm currently in a grow with most plants using the Bruce Bugbee's peat/verm/lime/gypsum combo with the g-13 and Moby dick clones (1 seeded pheno of Moby that shot straight up/thick stalk..interesting because I finally got to see the more sativa dominant traits of this one..other Moby's are shorter but definitelyexplode w/growth if trained right)) from the last 2 grows. Also i have some amended Coco Loco and HF for the 3 newest strains . Going with the (safer to me at least - limited seeds) soil method on the new strains first before cloning them. GGlue, Blueberry, Northern lights. This is my 4th grow and working from home needed something to do to keep me sane lol. I'm also experimenting with the following nutes for veg and flower for the bugbee method : Veg - Jacks Palm ec @ 1.2-1.4, Jack's Citrus @ 1.5 EC, and the Petunia FeEd @ 1.5 EC. 3 w/petunia 20-6-22, 3 w/palm 16-5-25, and last 3 feeding the citrus 20-10-20. They are all in their 4th week of flower.
**Flower schedule- (Feed twice a week) USING tap at .45-.55 ec.
-Week 1 fed their veg nutes both feeds (Slight P deficiency going into wk 2 for the Palm plants)
Week 2 flower fuel (this stuff is awesome if used appropriately..and I don't care what folks say about it) on their first feed (All plants)..wk 2 second feed Palm plants fed Jacks Tomato (pretty potent stuff...Definitely higher ec b/c of extra mg and ca) - went with half a tsp and + 1/4 ts ph up + 1/4 Epsom salt- ph' at 6.3-6.6...Remaining 6 all on citrus (including the 3 petunia plants) at 1 tsp + 1/4 Epsom + 1/8 ph Up - ec @ 1.5-1.7 @ 6.0- 6.4 ph
Week 3 - Tomato fed to palms (aforementioned big Moby on Palm btw) and citrus on the rest. Same as 2nd week 2 feed.
**strategic prune on all plants beginning of week 3**
Week 4- palms back to jacks palm veg nutes plus Epsom ..citrus/petunia on Jacks citrus same amounts listed above...plus a little more Epsom as well.
**So far I see that the stalks are slightly thicker as well as the leaves with the Palm plants compared to other petunia and citrus FeEds..the pet/citrus however have closer nodal spacing vs Palm. Petunia has slightly lighter green (but healthy/bushy as well) vs citrus. Citrus imo seems to be the winner for overall health/vigor so far. I appreciate the suggestions on here. Will provide pics shortly as well as keeping y'all posted these next few weeks. I wanted to do something like this because I searched all over to see comparisons between the 3..mainly the Palm.
Thanks
