Hello everyone
planning to order custom pcb strips from alibaba, reading all the valuable information here but i really need some expert opinion about my setup idea before i order.
my first concern is which supplier is most trustworthy?

about the strip design-
each strip is 70cm length with 48 leds, lm561c.

i am not sure what schematic circuit to request from the manufacturer? all 48 leds in parallel, or 8 in series 6 in parallel?
what is preferred for more lumen output?

Would appreciate your opinion and help.

You have a driver in mind? Total number of strips? Area you'd like to cover? You may be in for disappointment unless you need 100's of strips on the cheap and have a reliable seller in your corner.

plan is total 14 strips on one 185h c1400a, running at 0.1A (50%).
is that okay? disappointment you mean in terms of quality from china?

For 14 strips you won't be saving enough to risk low performance, IMO. If it were me (and I've been where you are) I would stick to the tried and true Sammys from Digikey.

It's still fun to figure out the strip configuration, though. For that driver the maximum series voltage is 143V so you'd want each of your 14 strips to take 10V (10x14=140). Your diodes in top bin are around 2.9V. That doesn't divide into 10 really well, so closest we can come is 3S16P. Your strips would take around 8.7V and 3.2A maximum. You could fit 16 of those in series on your chosen driver at 1.4A each (44%).
