Nah. Now you're just wrong.

They aren't a shitty company. Good people that stand by thier product. They have even answered the question of the diodes before. I can't recall. Xp2 diode for Cree if I remember correctly.

They are on par with what area 51 and Apache were doing.

Im about positive you didn't see them on alibab. You made the claim so it's on you to prove it.

The light works way better than Mars and such.

The link just says unit farm. It even has unit farms email listed.

This is what it showed. No pic. Unit farms name and email address.

It gives the option for live chat or inquiry.

Is it supposed to show the light?

As it looks it's just a listing for unit farm.

They use xpe2 diodes.

As far as it being on alibaba. A lot of knock off stuff is on there. It says unit farm makes the light. I don't doubt it made in China.

As far as it being shit. It's not. It's way better than generic blurples.

It being made in China doesn't bother me. I mean some Cree stuff and meanwell is made in China. Not a but some

I'm not really here to argue. Just saying I wouldn't buy single diode lights and if I did it would be something along the lines of Apache, area 51 and unit farm.

I personally would just diy.

If unit farm went similar to amare they would have a better light.

Not like any street light I've seen. I have led street light.

You do know that most grow lights originated from street and factory lighting.

I can't see it in the link.

It doesn't show the unbranded light.

It actually says unit farm in the link.

I meant to listen the screen shot.

I can't scroll down. This is what shows when I click the link.

Cree is overpriced nonsense. and anything is better than mars.
Bullshit. Cree is about the best in the business.

Vero are on par.

I give the edge to Samsung with strips and boards.

Lol. Cree is nonsense. What ever. Cree led the way for all this.

I'm bowing out.

I'm still waiting to see an unbranded unit farm. I know you didn't make that claim.

At the end if the day most lights will grow pot.

As I said. I use cob as well.

You haven't proved anything.

What a link that shows a branded light.

Anything else you said is conjecture and opinion.

You have cobs yet you still think paying $400 for a light that's worth $150 is a good idea? Have you finished a grow with them yet?

I have. Both of them.

It cost more to make a single diode light. I do think that they are bit over priced. It's more than a $150 light though. It's got newer Cree xpe2 diodes. Have you priced those? I have for other projects.

Low output or shitty, they are not.

I've used the 200 watts of cob and the until farm for several grows. They are on par with each other.

I've went to using the unit farm for veg and the cobs for flower. Not because the unit farm is lacking. Quit the opposite. It grows tight nodes. Stacked.

The reason I went that route is the cob light fit my flower area better and the unit farm the veg area better.

I will actually be taking the cobs and unit farm and making one light for my flower area and get some qb's for veg.

I don't see an unbranded light. If it was it would still be available.

Street lights around here use cobs not diodes.

In general I think most LEDs are over priced. I mean just a few years ago cobs were outrageous. Now that it her companies came to market the price has dropped.

You keep thinking that the unit farm is in the same class as Mars or something. It's not.

Any info on this company? Anyone use these fixtures?
Ive used the p300 and 150 now the lights might be a little overpriced but I was able to grow great buds with them and they are very powerful more so then a mars at the same watts. The UV is very strong and helps alot with trich development, it can blind you and will most likely burn your plants if not at least 21" away. If you look at any grows with these lights the buds usually turn out beautiful. The lights work great I sent the p300 back and got a refund after using the light for 90 days for flowering. The p150 has been working for about 2 1/2 years of and on 24 most the time so I cant complain no leds have gone out so far. Im sure their are even the same or better lights for the price but they are few and far between.

Yeah but cree is overpriced. bridgelux has intensity/$ why anyone would pay for cree?
Bridgelux doesn't have any monochromatic diodes other than blue, sorry to burst your illusions.
There are no 1w, 3w or 5w deepreds or other coloured diodes in their repertoir. Even in their Vero COB's they use their own blue die's with Toshiba phosphors.
In the best case these magic Platinium diodes are SemiLED's but most probably only Epistar or Epiled.
Cheapest available btw. and not comparable to Cree, Osram, Proled ore similar efficient diodes.

Many chinese scammers use the term "bridgelux" in their describtions, but in the best case only the blue and whites could be Bridgelux anyway.

I like your new setup with the chilled boards, you know that, but they give much more "spectrum" around your area like the single Platinum fixture in the center.
The lenses only create an oval hotspot in the center of the fixture. The plants below the outer boards will not recieve any usable light from the Platinium unless you hang it much higher and along the chilled fixture. This would be the only way to distribute the light over such a large surface.
When you remove the lenses you would win ~7-10% light and you would have much better 115-120°. Intensity anyway come from the chilled boards because they have three times better diodes. 120° would allow you to distribute the light over a much bigger surface.

I like the Unitfarm fixture but you should avoid such claims like "better as any competitors in the market". That's at first simply not true(SanLED's blurple Osram fixtures have up to 2,9μmol/J) and it sounds like the same bullshit claims Mars and other scammers use in their describtion.
And you do not want to end up in one pot with these brands... you have a much better product! Substantiate your results with a lab test, name whatever diodes you use and how high the total PPF output is, mention this already in the first describtion and that's all you have to do.
Nonsensical statements make you look implausible. I do not need a minute to refute your claim. Do not use it, you do not need that ...! Your lights are pretty good!
