I made shrimp cocktail a little while ago.
3 lbs of medium shrimp
A bunch of Cilantro (chopped)
2 diced onions
5 tomatoes
2 cucumbers
4 large avacados
V8
Clamato picante
El yucateco chile habanero hot sauce
Cholula hot sauce
Tapato
Valentina salsa picante
4 limes
I cooked the shrimp in homemade garlic paste and butter, salt and pepper.

That looks slammin good. No offense but to me a cocktail is half a dozen big boys in a margarita glass with ice and cocktail sauce...like this...yours is a Mexican cocktail which is probably better bc it has more stuff in it and of course the obligatory ten handfuls of cilantro.
I had my first Mexican shrimp cocktail in Puerto Penasco. That was also the day I learned to love ceviche.

When your Mexican it's just cocktail. Ceviche is always bomb., I love that shit.

Often we will make Ceviche on the boat with the first keeper that comes in and then snack on it throughout the day while fishing.
Fresh is always 10x better than anything else.
