Here's the part you keep ignoring, and it's the opening few sentences:

"Russian authorities yesterday named several Americans who they want to question whom they claim were involved in quote-unquote crimes in their terms, including former Ambassador to Russia Michael McFaul. What that means (since you're obviously too stupid to comprehend simple English) is that Russia would get to pick and choose Americans at will to interogate and Trump officials would just "watch" to make sure whatever American's Putin wanted interrogated weren't mistreated.

It is giving Russia permission to interrogate any American citizen they want under supervision.

Since you seem to be all for that sort of thing, maybe you'd like to volunteer.
