Are you actually defending Putin's demand to detain and turn over to him for questioning a former US citizen? Brennan was behind US sanctions that froze Russian oligarch funds in response to the torture-murder of a Russian lawyer. Sergei Magnitsky exposed a $230 million fraud among Russian tax officials back in 2009 and not long afterward, he was arrested, tortured and murdered.

Along with all the new trolls who have shown up here demonstrating very poor English and understanding of US current events, you show up to defend it too. I'm not accusing you of being a Russian troll, you are just a dupe.

The statement by Putin also has an air of desperation. I'm guessing Trump and Putin talked about the Magnitsky Act in their 2 hour closed door tete-a-tete. That same act has been replicated in several countries, effectively stripping oligarchs of the safest places to hide stolen Russian money. There is movement afoot to expand the Magnitsky act into an EU-wide sanction against Russia. Putin must see this as a threat to himself because he's been the worst actor in this area.

I'm not saying you are defending Putin for some financial gain or because you have a love of Putin, I'm saying you are a dupe. Trump is trying to sell us out and you want that fucking wall (or whatever) so badly that you have your blinders up regarding the very treasonous actions your president has just committed.

You know, Oregon isn't all that of a right wing state. Parts of it are and you don't live there. Perhaps you'd be happier if you moved to Idaho. I lived there for about 10 years and could give you some suggestions regarding where. PM me and we can talk about where you should think about moving to.

That's in the words of a reporter, who shaped the question that way. The answer is much differant, and is what I KEEP REFFERANCING.

I could shape a question about you any way I want, it doesn't mean it's got any relevance to you in reality however. But by your logic we should ignore the response and focus on the question.. see how that works? Go heat read your quote again.

In this situation I'm not defending trump im pointing out what the linked article says is not the same thing people in this thread are getting worried about.

I'm all for JUSTIFIED OUTRAGE. But let's not make mountains out of molehills, its crying wolf.
Many/almost everyone in this thread who is mad didn't read the article, or in one case, are quoting the question of a reporter and ignoring the answer given.

I feel like theres enough going on that's factual to talk about without making stuff up though hahaha!

Anyone remember off hand when obama got to work on the grassroots of his 2008 run for president? Where is the dem party now in relation to where it was then?
