well, if the owner of the site has been breaking the law, he knows the risks, just like the rest of us do. if the site gets shut down, we'll all find other places to go. i doubt any of us want to, but we won't have a lot of alternatives.
and a complaint having been made doesn't mean a lot, they have to look at the complaint, decide if it's worthy of investigation or not, conduct said investigation, make some arrests...people get out on bail, the trials take years to happen....
so i doubt we're going anywhere anytime soon
