I'm afraid you might have spider mites! Look on the backside of the leaves for tiny dots and if you see those tiny dots moving you for sure have spider mites. Neem oil works well for spider mites

That many white spots looks bad. Do you see any webbing on your plants? I've been battling spider mites most of this outdoor season. They're the worst mf-ing bug to deal with I swear. Aphids don't have shit on them. And if you have them bad, they'll just laugh at neem oil. Maybe at the most they move to the next plant, even if it's been sprayed too.
I would break out the heavy artillery so you can get rid of them before flower.

I'm thinking of using Plant Vitality, heard it works well

Spider mites build resistance to insecticides quick. Buy 3-4 products and rotate them to fight immunity. I would hit Google and start reading about getting rid of them. If you have questions post them here, I'll help as far as my knowledge on the subject goes. Good luck.

No problem, I just know what it's like to deal with these things. It looks like your plants are outside, I would check anything else out there for mites. That probably where they're coming from. If that's the case, I would look into predatory bugs like ladybugs, green lacewings, there's predatory mites too. You'll need to apply them a few times, put them on everything besides your mj plants at first and keep spraying your mj plants. The last release put the predatory bugs on your mj too, be sure you have not sprayed them for about a week or the residual will kill the good bugs.

I've been able to get rid of spidermites with mighty wash.
One thing I learned when I was working pest control, a lot of defeating pests is understanding their life cycle. Spidermite eggs hatch 3 days after being laid.
3 good sprays with mighty wash can do the job.
I use a pump spray. Spray the shit out of the plant, top of leaves, bottom of leaves and stems. 1 week later, same thing, and 1 more time a week later. Ta-da! Mites gone.
Now this is in veg only. I have had mites once in flower. I came back from vacation, a few days from harvest and didn't make an attempt to rid them.

Oh, indoor cure.. outdoor? Little harder to fight. I'm probably no help there. Rotating products is not a bad idea either... if you're constantly battling that is

What you are seeing is actually damage to the leaves. I don't think it will go away new leaves will come along, check 2x a week keep them bugs under control.

I just found mites on a gifted plant damage wasn't as bad as yours but they should recover fine, if you get on treatment methods. Few good threads in the Bug section.

Yeah, I've sprayed with plant vitality thoroughly, just wondering if I should do it more times than once.

Systemic Feeding With Azamax, in combination with Neem oil. This is the combo I used. since the bugs did not happen over night they are not going away over night. Azamax is soaked up through the roots (makes the plant taste bad to bugs). I do not recommend using Azamax during flower, the warning is also on the label. the plant needs 30 days to break down the product . Neem oil is to be sprayed on the leaves. 2 to 3 treatments is recommended for the Neem oil. when you spray the Neem oil you need to spray under the leaves. Spider mites live under the leaves not on top

yeah, but the whole point of trying to avoid neem oil is it stinks and tastes like rotten sesame seed oil.....if you get any on your buds, they'll taste like that shit, which is fucking nasty

You should never spray in flower. You can also use a mix of 1 part alcohol to 8 parts water. Not as effective as other stuff but it evaporates fast. DON'T SPRAY THE BUDS WITH ANYTHING!!!!
