No way to tell from purple pictures,flushing is a myth.In a case like yours, you are starving it at it's most vital time in the buds development.It looks like you have 2-3 weeks minimum.

I will be honest it is really hard to tell what's going on here.

Clearly there are swollen calyx so technically it looks extremely close.

My issue is why is the bud so miniscule?

This is not a dig at you, I don't think you did anything wrong, in fact I think you did good with you had.

I have just never seen buds like this in real life but I do see them here periodically.

So a question to the guys here that know, is this just what plants look like when flowered under poor lighting?
Were they stunted somehow? Genetic?

What gives?

what light did you use and how many true watts. I see you have a LED and for some reason the sellers like to trick you with the wattage info you actually need to know. It happened to me. But lack of light could be one the reasons your buds look so small. Same thing happened to a friend of mine with one the cheap LED who just harvested

What's causing the leaves to curl like that? Looks like maybe an issue there, have you looked into it? Take pics under a white light :)

I'd hope not mites as then can make the leaves shrivel and curl in like a heat issue or it's a heat issue

For me its overfetilized leading to poor transpiration and that thin leaf cupping stuff that has annoyed the crap out of me in the past, looks similar in the picture.

Bud looks tasty though :-)

I used a a very week light around 200 Watts then I built myself a grow room got 1800 true watts using a kind led it was my first grow so you know I was using nutrient every time I watered and this was grown in a 2 gallon pot I pretty much messed up everything but I did learn what not to do. Thank you all for the replies. I did harvest it and when taken in the light it actually don’t look bad I had two blue dreams growing haven’t weighed my final yield it’s still drying. But I did move on to new plants some strawberry kush and one black ghost og

You'd get much better yields with an inexpensive 600 - 1000 watt HPS or a quality LED system.
