Hi,

Like I said in my introduction, I am from Mauritius and we are an island where knowledge on weed is kinda limited. It's hard to get proper advice as it's rare to meet experienced growers here. So I would love to know if first is it a weed plant? You know, I might be wrong also lol. What should I do from now on? Is there some home made nutrients that I can use? Should I transplant it in a bigger pot? How much sun and water it needs? Well I am a complete newbie, so any help would be great, thank you very much. Here's an image below

That soil will never work. You need something in it to keep it aerated. Keep it from packing hard. You should have access to ground oyster shells or perlite at a garden supply.

Any fertilizer for flowers should work. Low in nitrogen.

Yes you have a cannabis plant .
Right now I wouldn’t transplant it, let the roots develop, but being outside and in a little pot, a little wind or to much sun could dry it out very fast, right now you don’t need to feed it . Just make sure you don’t let it dry out. I’ll let the more experience outdoor growers help with homemade food etc, I’ve been in doors to long .

Here is a link for a few hundred cannabis books

Thank you very much guys for your advice. And indeed I had in mind to go a garden supply tomorrow and get the necessary. Concerning the soil, I understand what you mean, with the help of the oyster shells or perlite it will ease he growth of it's roots. I will not transplant it for now and let the roots develop like you say but once it grows further, I will take into considerations everything you told me.
