5 cops this morning due to a fight with the roommtes that thought it would be good to call and snitch on me. They smoke too it' so fucked.

Anyway I'm fucked with class B felony charges. I' not sure how mushrooms go here in New York...

What should I expect ? Am I going to spend some time in jail?

Sorry man. This country is archaic and needs some serious changes. We are definitely skirting around some dark ages shit in this country. Weren't we always told how free America is? not just that - convicted felons lose the right to vote, there's some welfare benefits issues, getting a driver's license is a pain and finding a job is a pain.

take a plea if possible to a lesser charge and get new roomates.

Most of that depends on location (voting rights have been restored for felons in a lot of states, NY being one of them).. non violent "state" drug felonies can often get drug court type of deals with little-to-no jail time.. Sentencing often has a lot to do with your criminal history.. see if you can get into a first offender program or drug court and try not to fight with people lol
