Should I flip and scrog question?

Ok a quick brief on the life of the plant, not sure of strain but it’s sativa or sativa dominant as I grew it outdoors last year and stress herm from light in dark period gave me some seeded lower branches.

This plant has been vegging 3 months, the first month and a half I didn’t have good enough lights or setup to grow it so was really slow growing and I also supercropped and topped a bit which slowed it down heaps.

Transplant 17 July went into shock and overwatered and after 2 weeks I decided to flush as showing signs of zinc deficiency and PH tested at 5 ! So got it back up to 6.5 and it’s really bounced back these last few days , shoots are coming out perfect not all twisted anymore and growth has exellerated.

It’s about a week n half away from being back to full health I’d think and was just wondering how to set it up for a scrog , I’ve built the scrog only roughly to show for picture purposes but I’ll be fixing it on properly after the advice I receive. Is it big enough to flip soon as it’s healty to fill out this 2.5x2.5 self made tent (don’t worry too much bout the look of the grow tent I haven’t got the front part on properly for the photo and was done on a budget from stuff I collected from job sites haha) also should I raise or lower the scrog before the flip? This strain outdoors last year pretty much trippled in a month before bids started forming. Thanks for any advice I’ll post up some photos of my outdoor plant before and after the stretch last year (pic from 7th jan to feb1st) and I’ll post up my indoor plant in my tent under my temp scrog to give you an idea of how much it has to fill out.

Don’t know if need to add this info but grown under mars hydro 600watt led 258true watt and some cheap Phlizon 600watt led 108 true watt. Grown In some Aussie organic soil product and perlite

From the two pics looks like a good start. You might have to secure lines in case you want to raise it some. Also be prepared to have to tie it down. I've had to do both.

Also you might consider supercropping the main stem. I would. Get it waist high. Crank that bitch over. Then SCROG .

Thanks for the replies mate , I’ve supercropped the 4 main stems before should I supercropped the same branch again ? Also I’ve read into that link a few times before haha I’m just confused as I know this plant stretches heaps I wasn’t sure if to put the scrog up against the canopy and then flip it and start weaving the branches in and out or start the scrog a bit above the canopy and let the major stretch reach the holes in the first week or 2 then weave it through another weak

In this case with this stretch a second SCROG might be in order. Once sideways the main stem will stretch but all the side branches too. A lot. The ones you might have trimmed will be smokeable bud.

You can see the knuckles in this photo that was taken 10 days ago after a bit of extra LST,

This next photo I just took her out of the tent to show you where it’s at (keep in mind she’s not that healthy atm)

You're a grower. Read now about monstercropping. Cloning from her when she's in full flower. Then reveg this one. Huge yields.

You’ve got me sussed, that was what I was planning on my next grow. I’m still really novice to this , I’ve only grown outdoors once and got hooked and thought I’d do a indoor grow and learn the training techniques for my outdoor grow this year so really this is only my second grow and I’ve ran into and fixed probabaly 90% of all problems that happens in a grow so far haha
