its a bucket with a hole 1/4 the way from the bottom and perlite in the bottom and the rest perlite/vermiculite . the perlite on the bottom acts as a rez . people seem to be doing well with them so said id give it a try.

Awww ok that’s cool so I’m guessing u could turn any size bucket into a hempy? Or someone make em in different sizes

yeah pretty much any size i mean ive heard of people using from a 1 litre bottle up to 20l pots.

Yeah nice might have to give it a try a 20l painters bucket would work well... just red that u got 5 ounces off too plants how big were your pots for that run?

yeah man im doing mine with 12litre buckets so should yield nicely. they were 16litre fabric pots with coco/perlite mix and they were my smallest out of the 4 plants i ran

Yeah nice, I got 3 ounces out of a 18l fabric... I didn’t really let it veg for long after transplanting it could of used another week

not so bad man. the key is to veg for as long as you can with them fabric pots. im really hoping to increase me yields with these Hempy buckets

Yeah I’m keen to try them as well.... might have to go down to The hardware shop and have a look at some buckets lol

So found a few small seeds in my Bruce banner I’m thinking it’s from when I had to remove two plants in week 3 of flower there because I discovered them hermied on me... what should I do?? It doesn’t look like everywhere has seeds only few places. So could I keep it going for another two weeks? I’m lucky coz everything else that is in there atm is after I removed these two plants so no chance of of my other plants having seeds will have to give them a good check over none the less

Unfortunately When I bought these seeds they didn’t come in breeder packs the guy I bought them from was a collector and had heaps of different strains, he had quite a decent seed stock so I thought awesome this guy seems legit, no need to get from a bank and dodge customs, although I did get some bomb seeds in breeder packs from him..oh well bit of newbie mistake. Learn from it... i have a few clones of it wondering if I flowered them would it do the same thing?

I got my purple haze seeds from him and they seem pretty on the ball so I guess take good with the bad lol

its a hard question, but i feel life's to short to grow out beans that may show strong herm tendencies, ive had large losses by sneaky hidden herms letting pollen loose on my good females, damn i just finished growing out an expensive full pack of Exotic Genetix Candy Apple Kush, all germed & grew with 4 males & 6 herm females with only 1 female not herming, i pollinated the single(normal) female, but if her offspring show herm signs then that batch of seeds will be binned, more & more herm types are being released from major seedbanks the last few years...just dont need that shit
p.s. at the same time as the Candy Apple Kush were being grown out i had others of same age not herming at all so it was not grower error that caused that herming, there was no stress at all in any way

I just 6 Texas butter by gps and 3 gorilla bombs and 3 bubble bombs the bomb are fem so hoping I won’t have to worry about them too much... hoping for some fire out of the Texas butter and more girls then boys... have another tent on the way so I might have a go at collecting some pollen... banana og x Star dawg should have some nice genetics. I

I think Bruce got pollinated by a Pineapple Express because I seen one nana had popped when I pulled it so I’m guessing that’s how the seeds came to be... it doesn’t look fully seeded still heaps sticky and frosty I’m just going to check it daily for anything new

thanks, i was sweating it was the Bruce throwing those bananas, still gotta keep a close eye on everything these days until its tried and tested at home base i guess, that plant you have even though partially seeded can still be great smoke, best i ever had was fully seeded up bud, had no idea what strain it was but wow!

Yeah it’s looks pretty good with a good dry and cure I think it will still be awesome it’s still throwing heaps of small white hairs so only can hope it doesn’t have much seed in it... not sure if I see a nanas on it... I’ll take a photo if I find one...
