Deficiency?

Pretty sure I have a deficiency here. The reason I say that I have a deficiency is that I just started fertilization for the first time yesterday. I am using drip system to dispense and very little fertilizer has reached the plants.

I am growing in Coco Coir:Organic Potting Soil (1:1). Both plants have the problem but one plant is substantially worse. My thoughts are calcium deficiency but I lack the experience to make that call.

Any help would be appreciated.

Name of strain:Durban Poison is the most effected of the two pictures, Early amnesia the least effected of the two

Age from Sprout: 4 weeks

Soil in pots, Hydroponic, or Coco / Brand and type of Soil & Size of Pots: 3 gallon pot 1:1 mix coco:organic potting soil. I chose the mix because I use it in my general non cannabis plants and find the soil keeps well aerated

How often do you water and how do you determine when to do so?: Originally every 3-4 days. When the soil is dry to my knuckle I know it is time to water again. Installed Blumat Tropf about a week ago

PH of water and runoff or solution in reservoir: unknown

What is strength of nutrient mix? EC, or TDS: Have not added nutrients yet but normally use Miracle Gro Acid loving plants

Indoor or Outdoor: Indoor

Light system, size and height from plants: 400W HPS 18 inch from plant

Temps; Day, Night: Running lights 24x7. temp varies between 25 and 27C

Humidity; Day, Night:45% constant

Ventilation system; Yes, No, Size: Ducted lights. 1 carbon exhaust with 400cfm outake fan and 200cfm intake

AC, Humidifier, De-humidifier: None

Co2; Yes, No: No

Thanks hotrodharley, I added some nutrients and some Cal-Mag.

I have also added nutrients and Cal-Mag to my drip system. Over time it should keep the nutrient levels stable.
Are you measuring your EC? Or PPM? I would imagine you should at least be around 400-500 PPM and gradually increase it.

Originally I did not feed them. Was banking on the potting mix getting them through the first few weeks.

Now Iam going to feed them using my blumat tropf which is a continuous drip.

Checked on plants this morning and the most effected plant seems to be doing better. Yesterday the leaves were a little droopy and today they are perky.

Bumped it up to 480ppm through my drip feed. Plants really thriving. I think Ill hold it at 480ppm for while to make sure I dont burn the plants.
