Check Your Labels!!

So I was just given a bottle of a Big Bloom from my caretaker since he's not planning to do anything with it, and I noticed that the one he gave me actually had N in it, which the one I have doesn't.

I'm not sure if it's common for manufacturers to change their formulae, but damn I'd at least expect them to make note of it on the label. Thought it was worth pointing out to other new growers at least =P

Always read labels hahahaha

Same stuff just the labels changed .01 is nothing. I use a one part nutrient from start to finish. It gets nitrogen and everything al the way til the end.

Never once said this would pose a problem. I said labels change.

Gotta read what the post is actually saying before you correct people, bruh.

Matter of fact, you sort of proved my point. If you're intending to give your plant N to the end, and the formula changed w/o you reading the label, you'd be missing something w/o realizing.

Again, not saying you use this exact bottle, I'm saying it just a good idea to make sure things don't change.

I read it right. I was making a statement bruh. It’s the reason I don’t use fancy bottled water the only thing they’re full of is water and lies. I’m sure it’s always been in there and found it needed to be labeled. Fox farms and most of the bottled guys are known for shady business practices. Don’t trust them.

It's not 'shady' it's called they have a customer base and when the "customer is always right" you're pressured to come out with things people don't need just because they think they do (i.e. like 'flush agents'). The CEO of dyna grow is pretty open about it and went on the Dude Grow Show podcast to set the record straight for growers.

Right. You know everything lol It's always been there...except the NEW one is the one without any in it meaning they opted to remove it completely.

Quit while you're behind hahaha

Any industry that people are trying to turn a profit in will have snake oil dealers, reading the labels is how you know what you're dealing with. To tell people otherwise is really just bad advice.

Maybe maybe not. I chose to not trust them nor give them my money as there’s much cheaper and much better options out there. You can go ahead a use fancy bottled water.

In the dyna grow interview he says he made the bloom bottle due to customer demand and the plants only need a Grow ratio.

So what are you arguing about again?

Who is trying to fight? You're triggered bruh... Calm down. And I could care less about a label changing from 0 to 0.01 :peace:
*facepalm* then the post isnt for you lol

Such edgy. Use legitimate psychology terms to try and insult random people you dont know. Much intelligent.

Haha could have fooled me then. When I read posts about labels, I dont start lecturing people on the amount of nutes they're using. Maybe that's just me, though ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

His response was simply that it was the same stuff. The label changed is all.

It’s 1/1000 of a percent. It was in there already and the label requirements likely changed.

Already mentioned before that the one with no N in it is the 'new formula' - so it's really not that they 'decided to start labeling' arbitrarily they actually removed something. That and the new one is registered with the CDFA - so this whole thing about their being BS really doesn't resonate. Especially considering plenty of growers swear by FF. This is *literally* the first I've heard someone complain about their product.

And not even sure how you could call this 'not starting a fight'. lol 'fancy bottled water' that's a good one gotta remember that haha

Not sure where it said it was a new formula on the bottles. The fact is most people that have been growing long enough that your paying for 75% water and a shiny new label. Does it grow sure. But you can make your own nutrients that last a lot longer and for far cheaper. Or simply use dry nutrients especially if your doing soil. My goal wasn’t to start a fight just stating a fact. The fact that people like something doesn’t mean it’s necessarily the best for the plant or your wallet.
