So i am starting my first small grow. I have a 2x4x6 tent . I have some fox farm happy frog and some ocean forest that im going to mix together. I have pots ranging from .5 gallon to 3 gallon so far, also have solo cups im going to start in. I have a blue labs ph pen, a 400 watt hps, 2 150 watt platnium led lights, and 2 single bulb t5 lights that are 4 feet long. I have ph down as i have read i wont need to much ph up for a soil grow. I have some nutes as well not a whole lot just for veg. If all goes well with my first grow im going to use the 2x4 as a mother and cloning tent and then get a bigger tent. But before i went all out i wanted to get a grow under my belt. I wont be running the hps 400 until i switch over to flowering so i didnt get a fan and filter yet but it will be a 6 inch fan. I spent under 400 on my set up so far finding bargain items and best prices. My original budget was 1200 so im far under budget and almost have everything i need. Im going to get my flower nutes and fan and filter in the next two weeks. I have a clip fan for the side of the tent as well. I have some gods gift, blueberry ak47 , blue jack, romulan, purple OG, gdp, and also some more i cant remember off the top of my head from a reputable source here in the bay area. Im germinating the blueberry ak47 right now. Pics of my set up will be coming soon

When I add nutrients my water drops as low as 5.8 and I have to use ph-up, good luck with your grow!Btw, I just started a grow journal on Romberry, it's a Romulan / Blueberry cross, two of the strains your growing if you'd like to check it out, but not much there yet
I currently have second and third generation Romberry plants, am using three 2nd generation plants for the journal

Little update. Not even 12 hours later it broke the soil . Donatello is the strain created by a buddy of mine. Temp is at 75.9 and humidity is currently at 68 now after some adjusting. Picture is before i adjusted that. My gods gift also started to show a little tap root and will be planted maybe by the morning. 
Yeah only two now of the ones i have. Kinda bummed the blueberry ak47 didnt do anything yet. Thinking of waiting a few more days and getting some sand paper to loosen up the shell.Awesome to hear that the seeds have germinated.Please keep us posted on further developments through the grow.

Yeah I had a similar experience with two Star Nebula seeds, I left them in a damp paper towel and waited for the tap root to extend out of the shell.The tap root did appear,just when I planted it into the grow meduim it took close to five days till I saw it emerge from the grow meduim. So don't give up hope on the blueberry ak47 it still has a chance.The grows looking good so far.

also got my air cooled hood put it. The ballast i have is for 400 watts witch i think that combined with these two platnium led lights will be just right for this 2x4 tent. The t5 will be here during all of veg. Also came across a good deal of cob lights from a buddie and might pick up a 100 watt and 2x100 watt set. The wife thinks im crazy for all the lights but i plan to go bigger after this. Thinking of using this as a mother tent for genetics and then 4x4 or 5x5 for flowering in the future. My goal is just to produce quality as to why i went with soil for better taste . Yeild isnt my concern. Id rather have good quality over a fat yeild and then work on yeild later on .

A mother plant and using clones is a great path to take, I find it is a lot cheaper than buying the seeds for every grow.I am sure with all the lights you are getting, that expanding your grow environment will just better the experience of growing and the results should be some monstrous plants.Looking forward to how the plants progress in the vegetative phase.
Yeah i dont want to be spending 70 to 120 bucks per strain. Yeah i have read good things about cob lighting so i figure why not. I originally wanted a 4x4 but the wife saidno do to a space issue. So i tild her if this goes good then im throwing one in there along side the 2x4
Quick update , nothing new with my seeds kinda pissed about that. Any one ever order from ilovegrowingmarijuana? Going to be buying some seeds from there and nirvana. As for this little one. So far so good. On a 18/6 cycle . T5 and today i turned on one platinum led hanging about 3 feet up for now until the second set shows and then will drop it down some. The t5 is about 10 inches away and will also be dropped tomorrow. Still bumbed about these seeds guys

Nice bro you have a long way ahead and I wish u the best, it is great hobby. One of the only things that interest me apart from my family. I only started in Feb this year, I am running perpetual tents.... I am in my second round have spent quite a lot... I got some hlg leds... enough blabbering here’s my flower tent
