Research dolomite lime and look what it does for soil with a ph of 8...
I'm not even gonna. Limes raise the ph dude. Any gardening book will tell you this.

You mean gypsum?
Gypsum wont alter the ph at all.

Which component in dolomite lime lowers alkalinity? Please do tell.

Let’s notnfoght. There are lives on the line hahaha. Anyways. I have cheap dollar store seedling mix. Transplant to that or keep them in and flush them with 4 cups of ph 6-6.5 water?

When I flush I would add a cup. Wait 30sec add another until I start seeing run out then stop? Don’t add any more when I start seeing run off or keep adding?

Don’t flush all the nutrients out. And especially dont drown young plants.

Are the plants not healthy. You don’t need to manage ph in buffered potting soil.

Sounds like a plan.
If they're only seedlings, and you wanted to up pot them, then maybe a potting mix with lots of perlite.

No need to flush. Not needed. Plain water will be fine for soil. The soil will balance itself out.
I have never ph'd my water for soil.
Only concern is hard, or dirty water.

P.S.
I definitely agree with MMG. No flushing. This ain't hydro.
