They are ~50V cobs. I run 6 of them on this: https://www.meanwell-web.com/en-gb/ac-dc-single-output-led-driver-constant-current-cc-hlg--320h--c1050a
They run at a little over 50w each, but you could get the B-version of the driver and dim it a little to hit 45w.

With the B-Version of this driver, would it be possible to dimm them down to 40Watts each?

Also my brother since you have experience with these cobs......you think i should get the 3500k 95 cri CXM22 or the 90CRI 3500K?

You can dim the A-version too, it's just easier with the b-version (attach potentiometer). Yea, i believe the drivers can dim down to 10% of max output.
Is it for flower only, or full cycle grow? To be honest, the difference between 3500K and 3000K is marginal. Personally i'm running 3000K 90CRI in a dedicated flower tent, and the results are excellent

Id go for 90cri, the 95 cri trades of a lot of intensity generally.

Im not saying you will have issues, just if you use 48A drivers with cxm22 cobs, you get a lot more out of the driver. As its maxing out all the current and voltage.
Your area dictates the driver series/wattage choice. The efficiency/performance comes down to how many leds you put on that driver/s. IMO
3 cxm22 on a hlg-240h-48a will be the best price vs performnce, just addmore cobs to the circuit for efficiency.

In that case I'd go for. 3x hlg-320h-48a they will do near 400w each with 8 cxm22 per driver.
