Whats going on with these leaves?

The true leaves have weird indent type things going on. Csme out of the seed like that but never straightened out. Cant be overwatering as i follow the 1" rule very strict. Cant be underwatering as i keep the soil pretty consistent and theres new growth so i must be doing something right. I took a temp of the leaves and they were 67.9 F. Maybe its just a little cold? Air temp is 78 before everyone jumps on me thinking the tent is 68. Any help would be awesome!

Why? I was refering to the shape not the weird light bending reflection.

It helps see any other issue such as an underlying issue making the leaf do that. Plus theres a sticky that says dont post pics under burple light or yellow.please post in normal light it's not hard.

Whoops haha. Yeah the plants healthy as can be as i state in all my post. It came out of the seed that way and juat never went away. Guessing its just damaged from the seed
