It might surprise y'all but I think that the national parks are a great idea. Almost everywhere else in the world, the great beautiful places are owned by the super wealthy. Here anyone can take their kids to Yosemite.

I agree with herb and Suds that the greatest threat to National Parks comes from oil and gas companies.

Furthermore, you do not seem to understand what is going on in the world, the liberal playbook is a failing idea, the strategy is even worse, accuse, mis inform, then detract. If this is the cause you support, it is destined to oppress you as well as others. By the way how has socialism bettered any society? Is the U.S.S.R. doing well? how about the National Socialists workers party? Putting Democrat in front of socialist does not mean it is not socialism.

Why are oil and gas companies a threat to national parks? Are they drilling in any? Or is the concern that they will lobby to have park status rescinded so they can drill? Sorry, not following.

Yes, it is always President Trumps fault. Maybe we should try blaming congress and senate, or the in action of the people?

Yes, it is. He's the fucking asshole that issued the order, dumbass. It had nothing at all to do with the Senate or Congress (BOTH of which are republican controlled, I might add and they did NOTHING to challenge his orders or his criminality.)

Actually, our president, has done a lot of good work, believe it or not, I voted for Obamma twice, he was worthless, President trump is doing his job....maybe congress and senate should do the same thing?

Currently there is a bill in the house, it was introduced in January 2017. It would allow for drilling in 200 national parks. It has been set aside for now.
