Newbie still needs help

Hi all
I still have an issue with my plant if anyone could help with

My plant is only half way through her life and she started shedding her leaves...iv tried "almost" everything with no results
Her leaves are turning yellow and falling off from the bottom up and the bottom half is bald within a few weeks..at this rate she won't last the cycle

They look hungry. What are you feeding? What sort of medium looks like soil.

Household items that add nitrogen to plants are primarily vegetable and fruit scraps added to soil after composting. Coffee grounds are a good source of kitchen waste rich in nitrogen. Gray water from cooked vegetables and fish tanks is also useful. The common household cleaner ammonia is also high in nitrogen.

I can only use stuff from the kitchen for know...any ideas what I can use as a quick feed as it's getting serious the longer I leave it like this....I have just gave it some fresh coffee mix this morning
You can’t get any sort of proper feed? Adding all that to a composted to make super soil is one thing but it being available to the plant now is mostly worthless.

Well every morning I wake up to a hand full of dead leaves (around 15- 20)....this morning (the morning after feeding it some geranium feed) she looks so healthy....and started budding also....newbie is happy!

Newbie is lucky. Read up ahead of time. Food can't be used until composted. Coffee grounds are okay but watch for mold. Household ammonia? Dead plants. You can't dilute it enough.

I usually blend coffee, banana peel and eggshells in water and let it all soak for 24 hrs then use the water...that seems to work perfectly for the first stage of its life....as soon as it was time to bud..it went to shit....but once I gave her some geranium feed she perked up....a lot...(no yellow leaves this morning or this afternoon....hopefully she will settle down and be happy....looking good so far...Will keep you all posted.
Thank you all for your help

$5 or less should get you some generic vegetable fertilizer from a grocery store. Shoot for something balanced where the 3 numbers are nearly equal (3-3-3 or something similar). Highly not recommended, but it would be marginally better than literally nothing.

You're going to want to feed it regularly (probably weekly), as it seems your soil is out of food (or its still being composted now in your pot...). You will need to find the correct amount to feed each time. Start with less and every week add just a smidge more till your leaf tips just turn yellow (im talking like a 1/8 of an inch of yellow/brown on the very tip). Once the tip burns, you are a bit too far. Back down and you should be good.

Stop feeding 6 weeks after signs of flower so you get at least 2 weeks (maybe 3 with cheapo nutrients) of just pure water. You're going to want to rinse that out.

In the future, consider making a soil mixture (google subcool super soil), or buying a decent water soluble 2-3 part formula (typically a grow , bloom, and micro in which you will use a different ratio of depending on the point in the cycle). You can get these for about $30 for a complete set (general hydro, canna, dyna, probably more). A set (quarts) might last a few grows, depending on plants etc... Even if it was $30 per grow, you would double your harvest based on what I am seeing in the pics and it would be worth it...

I will try that on my next grow....this is my set up now....the two little ones are the same age as the big one...the just never grew untill about 3 weeks ago..and are all budding..even though they all get the same treatment....the jar is my food stuff blended up ....the soil is universal and the pile of leaves was from Wednesday morning ...this is only my first grow in soil....so I expect to loose some....well to be honest I lost 19 seedlings before these 3 took hold....I started a bit early and the beginning of this summer was the coldest summer in almost 30 years here but once the hot weather started them my plants started.
