You would only need one 400 hid in that 2x4. Or 432 watts of t5 or 250-300 watts of cob or strips.
I was looking at branded LED lighting and did some research ended up DIY LED grow light saving $$

You could just run what you have and upgrade later.
I still use a single diode light. It has Cree and osram diodes.

Run what you have while you build it, then send it back.

If you can build a hydro setup then you can build a very good cob or strip light easily for about what you got in those lights.

Just go to the led section and look at led builds.
You can either order a kit or parts separate.
