Ok, that's not the best apology acceptance speech ever but I'll take it ;p. Knowledge isn't just about fancy words, if you have shit people skills (another form of IQ) then sharing your academic knowledge is up hill. You and others are the joke, not about being superior its about knowledge and you and others made this site weak.
Dude over the years its clear you have struggled here, i dont
I've struggled?, yes, that's what happens when new to something. Life is about struggle. Apart from you, who clearly fell out of a vagina into a pair of tartan slippers and onto a rocking chair with tobacco pipe in hand. What a visual ;p.
This is starting to feel like pissing into the wind. Although with your understanding of that matter lets call it pissing upside down.Any more info on wind? What happens to transpiration at certain speeds?
What are these words forced and free convection Dingslow is on about? What is a leaf energ budget? Why dosent a leaf die in dtagnant air? Why does a leaf still work underwater? How do gasses diffuse in stagnant air?
Just it seems im not allowed to discuss this stuff here because of all the pro growers like flowiki and mich med ruling da site and trolling what they dont like hmmmm....!
''Wind'' exists under water. I should not need to elaborate on that, you're smart enough.
Some people grow plants in big sealed bottles. One guy kept it alive for over 30 year. So there you go, you are right, plants don't need wind. Just like plants don't need a lot of light or a lot of water/nutrients. But do me a favour, check the size, growth rate and reproduction rate of those extremity's compared to a jungle plant or tree.
You are almost arguing the same principle as ''humans don't need gravity''. We have evolved with gravity, we ''can'' adapt to lower gravity but it isn't optimal for our biology, at all. Why do you think huge creatures died out on earth?. Less isn't more in nature.
