Looks like it is over fed flush and ph your water look for new growth showing improvement

Without knowing more, it's hard to say why, but this seems to be a sulfur deficiency. You may have a smaller issue with potassium developing, but those burnt tips combined with the bleaching of new growth, is a lack of sulfur.
