Seedling has Stuck and is not growing after 2 weeks :|

Hi ,2 weeks after germination the seedling has stuck for 1 week as seen as the picture.
At the same environment, i have planted another strain which has already 8 leaves and are treated with the same water - conditions etc.
The 2 leaves appear to be somehow "fat" and not as healthy compared to the other plant but good in color . Is there a problem with it or i am not patient ? ( this is my 1st grow )

Mmmmm different strains respond differently, don't give up just yet

consider your other plant a winner

This particular seed , when germinated , had the cell on , and i removed it after the 3rd day. Maybe this was not so good to do :|

You're not patient Jimmy. Growing Roots leave it alone keep it moist Don't Drown it

It can happen, this grow too, i have 3 auto plants of the same strain, 2 of them grew 3 times as big as the 3rd one..all under same light and medium, all completely green, but 1 decided to be a 'runt'. My next grow, i have 2 strains, 3 of each, and both strains have 1 that is about 50% smaller after 4 weeks veg than the other's. They're not all carbon copies of each other.

By saying a runt you mean that didnt harvert anything from this plant ? or you got less weight than you should ?

It means it was around 50% smaller than the same strain growing next to it. It has happened on back to back grows with 2 different auto flowers from mephisto, supposedly top notch lol..all i see is very inconsistent strains from them!
