Found some catipilars and juvenile catipilars on some plants today any home remadys before it gets too bad?

This is what I use. It doesn't kill them outright, but they stop eating, so they starve to death.

Yup not liking it at all. Chopped a small plant yesterday because of rot. Was an indoor runt moved outdoors two months ago so it was real small and not a huge loss but still sad nonetheless

my forcast says heavy rain tonight-tomowrow then warm an sunny rest of week looks like up here we will miss the big rains to the south looks bad for the mid alantic

Im not in new england but im pretty close...my forecast is very similar to yours...im in my first outdoor grow and have about a month and a half left till harvest..should i be worried with all of this rain? Am I going to have to harvest early?

Could be, but hopefully not. You just have to keep watching and checking. Vigilance is key. If you find it early it's much easier to deal with.

I only have 5 plants to check, so I try to do it every night. I focus in the deep bottom middle of the plant and look for any signs of PM. If I find it I whip up a gallon of PM buster and soak the bitch down. Has worked so far! Last year was an early harvest though because we had similar conditions all through Sept and oct in my area.

I never worry about something I cant change just tie an stakem up best u can

What is your mixture?

I gallon of water
1 tbs baking soda
3 tbs vegetable oil
.5 tsp dish soap

I used it twice a few weeks ago. The PM was gone a day later and hasn't returned.

My (3)outdoor trees are big wide and getting heavy with fruit. With potential upcoming storm with big winds what do other growers do to protect limbs from potentially breaking off?

My second question to those more experienced outdoor growers, how do you handle your drying process with such significant volume? My indoors grows I do in my basement (just harvested dry process pic is attached), does anyone dry in an outdoors shed?

If your trees are in pots just lay them on their side. Trellis netting can be great . Im a guerrilla grower so i keep it as discreet as one can be while keeping the girls safe. I use a stake or three and then use fishing line or nylon string to tie my branches and base to.

Thnx. They are about 9 foot tall trees in the ground, I'll start to tie them up tonight. The extended branches that are now getting heavy are my biggest concerns.
