I think my plants are on steroids

This is my first sorta knock on wood successful grow to this stage.. I'm dealing with,

2 critical purple auto flowers
3 tangerine dreams auto flower
3 blueberry regular

This is a total of 8 plants....

I was told to be careful on reporting auto flowers...

I thought I was using 3gallon pots but the roots of all the auto flowers seem to be sticking out the bottom holes of the green pots.

I have transplanted my 3 blueberries to 5 gallons as their roots were also sticking out the bottom... my one blueberry is a little sick so I just gave it a good dose of food to see.

My question is, my "10 inch" pots are they sufficient for the auto flowers or can the autos die?
P.s. their all showing white hairs or preflowers at this point

Age:
Autoflowers sprouted around August 10
Regulars sprouted around August 3 and 4

The stems on the blueberries are massive.

Dont worry about the space on the photo I've already moved 2 of the auto flowers I got plenty of room.

I feel like my plants are on steroids like their growing super fast.

As I understand when preflowers start to show theoritical "root growth" is halted to an extent compare to vegging.

While my regulars I dont have an issue with, it's the auto flowers are all rooting from the bottom.

If I leave them in the 10 inch containers can they die I regular thought the 10 inch was a 3 gallon pot.

I've been reading for last 2 hours and people are saying solo cups grow plants and my mind is blown having 16oz dont know how legit that is... anyways 10inch pots dont seem to be 3gallon at all and if it is... then my autoflowers have crazy roots

They are right you can grow a plant to harvest in a solo cup. They call it the beer cup chalange. The smaller your pot the more often you will need to water.

Honestly, i would be careful with transplanting autos.

Growth will be stunted and you'll lose a few days, sometimes a week before the lady starts having a go at it again - And that is 1 week lost of the plant life, which you cannot recover.

Honestly, i think your pots are fine, they could be bigger yes but they are fine.
If roots are sticking at the bottom, try the 2 pots technique - They will stretch quite a bit just before flowering and the more room you have for roots, the better.

See below a picture of my royal haze auto lady and look at the pot, smaller than yours but my yield will be quite ok so you should be fine. Also a picture of my outdoor sativa in the 2 pots technique.

They will end up root bound but will not die, or at least they should not but this could stunt progression so...with autos, and that close to flowering, i would personally not go into transplant.

With autos take the smaller bag and place it intact into a larger one. Do not transplant. Set a 3 gallon right into a 5. Maybe open the bottom.

Sounds good I ordered 5gallon smartpots but for now i hoisted the pots temporarily from the plate and put promix on the tray I dont let too much run off on the plates in quite surprised the roots are passing

Don't be! You must be treating them right.

Well I feel like their on steroids with growth I have the ability to control this specific rooms temperature with a .xx margin on a nest thermostat I can also cool it the same way from a special line ran from the condenser of the central air.

I keep this room at 26.5c humidity 40%-56%
The humidity only goes up strictly right after a watering by the end of the day the humidity is back in 40s
