Is this nute burn or light burn?

What are you growing in...
I mean is it just pebbles?
Specs?
I have it in a rock wool cube that has been put into Hydroton. Currently using "1200w" blurple LED 20 inches away using RDWC. 330PPM, pH 6.1, Temp of water 68.7F, Temp inside tent, 71.2F.

I don't subscribe to RDWC, but you may want to research your pH to be sure it's in the correct range. Otherwise, it's not totally unusual for the first leaves to die eventually as the plant grows, but considering the # of leaf sets, I'd say look at your pH to be sure you're where you need to be. Also, be sure you're feeding it correctly, again, I don't subscribe to LED's but there is plenty of mention that these lights will cause the plant to draw up a bit more of some of the micro nutrients needed for growth, causing issues. I'm sure there will be others here with practical experience and specific information to afford. Otherwise, stay your course, the plant looks pretty good, aside from your little issue.

Back track everything your doing, and double check. Honestly I wouldn’t worry, she’s looking good really.
Take it easy on her and all should be well.
Some one with more experience will advice soon.

What was the time frame from 1st pick, was the second leaf also like that?
Yesterday. I did lower the lights before and it started getting this way. But I raised the lights back up last night. Its weird cause its the bottom 2 leaves, not the top, which look really healthy.

Personally I never liked led myself, I veg under it sometimes and weird stuff can happen with the leaves. Check your ph for sure, if it's off your plant isn't able to use all the nutrients provided, which might be causing a slight deficiency in your lower leaves. Looks like it might be a little low based on the bright color of the vein in the lower leaf. If your tap water is a higher ph just add a little until you get to your range you're looking for.
I was taught it should be between the color of pee and mountain dew.

My pH is 6.2 and 335 ppm

Ha ha I actually had to go look at my ph bottle to see what color that is :D
Trained by an old man, I should probably get with the times and use a digital gauge.
Like I said, I've gotten weird leaf issues under my led, I usually switch to flourescent and it seems to clear up within a few days. Id either try that or just wait it out. Is this your first time running leca? Could be over watering it. In veg I wait until they're almost dry before feeding.

RDWC. Water runs 24/7 with plenty of air bubbles. I have 300w COBs coming from TimberGrow lights.

Again, I don't subscribe to RDWC, but is a pH of 6.2 correct in terms of being ideal for this grow method? You may also want to look at pH drift; be sure your pH is remaining stable from the time you mix your feed / water to the next time you change it out.

Maybe I’m having a nutrient deficiency?
Yes but as canna country keeps mentioning, deficiencies arent always because there isnt enough of something but rather as said, if the ph level isnt right then the plant cannot absorb the specific nutes. I also have never grown or read much into RDWC but theres my 2 cents.

P.S. I do remember reading somewhere that alot of growers allow their ph to drift between 5.8-6.3 as to be at the right levels for specific nutrients to be absorbed.
