First time grower New Zealand

Hi I'm in a small town in north island and unfortunately weed seems to be a big no no here. I decided recently I want to try this 4 medical reasons but cant even get a joint, let alone a reasonable amount to make tinkture or such with.
So I'm looking 4 medical low odour seeds I can grow outside. Also an easy strain as I've never grown this b4.
Anyone in NZ able to reccomend good seed supplier in NZ or can get through customs.
Also what strain would u reccomend 4 me please. I'm not a smoker so will b 4 homemade salves, tinkers n maybe eadibles.

Pain relief . I have endometriosis and sick of side-effects from prescription meds.

You're going to want a pure indica or a indica dominant hybrid. I'll bet seeds can be safely mailed in.

have a look at https://www.femaleseeds.nl i have a no issues with these shipping to the UK. I pay for the stealth shipping as well.. they have some really good reliable strains which are very stable..

not sure if they will ship to nz but worth a try..

Use any seedbank from the UK. There's so much mail coming from there. I've only had a couple of shipments stopped. Just select the best stealth mode they offer

Steer clear of strains that have skunk genetics. All weed is gonna smell, some more than others. Plant tons of strong smelling flowers around to help mask the smell, it helps

Also to be honest the first couple plants you grow I wouldnt worry about what they are genetics wise. Just grow anything. Realistically it takes a few years outdoors to really get good, unless you're a natural greenthumb.

Indoors you get multiple shots per year at testing and trying different things.

Me personally wouldn't grow outdoors, as I can control everything indoors and not have to worry about smells, people ripping my plants etc etc

I have ordered a few seeds online a few months ago and they haven't come through. Both lots were from Amsterdam (rookie mistake) and I'm guessing they have been intercepted. I've been wanting to grow for medicinal purposes to help others like yourself. Once I get some and harvested I'll post back in this thread.

I ordered from Seedsman came through no probs. I agree with KiwiPaulie, outdoors too much out of yr control, if u can try indoor, just had my first harvest & am ready to flip my second, it’s hard work but love it

I have watched a couple youtube clips on diy deep root hydroponic systems, might give this a go. Just lighting that might b little expensive??
