Awesome, so did you say to give it a quarter or half the recommended servings for the fish emulsion, big bloom, cal mag? Stick to 4 gallons of water? And would you say to just flush the last like 5 or 6 days? I might just go on a hunt for that tiger bloom because it has everything i need ingredient wise i believe
Stick to however much water saturates your medium with a bit of runoff to ensure that. You should water slowly if soil is too dry, otherwise the water will run down the side of your pots rather than get absorbed by the soil. Check how the pot weighs when dryer and when saturated, and with that you can determine when to water, based on the weight of the pot.
Tiger bloom is the one that has it all yes..possibly a bit low on potassium as that should be highest ultimately, but i think it's meant to be used in their trio feed regimen, not sure. Either way, if you get tiger bloom, then don't use it alongside the fish emulsion as that would be too much nitrogen at this point, but do give it the 5-1-1 you have for now as she needs that added nitrogen at the moment, again, without a ppm meter it's impossible to say how much to add to x amount of water. I have personally never used cal-mag, so again, hard to say what to add, i never run into calcium issues, and when magnesium is needed the most, at start and mid flower, i add epsom salt to my waterings since sulfur is also in highest demand, and my gh nutes don't have enough of either for most photoperiod strains.
For flushing, again, since you haven't fed at all, and just starting to, you likely won't have any buildup of nutes, but there is no need to feed the last 7-10 days before harvest, or in my case, that would be the last 2 waterings, which are heavier to give more runoff, maybe 20% of what i put in, and at that point the flowers will take whatever food they need from the leaves, so yellowing of the overall plant is normal at that point.
For future grows, you can try coconut water, it's great especially in vegetative stage as it contains cytokinins, which is a natural plant hormone, but this gives more, and a great source of potassium. You can find out more about dosages and applications on youtube or through google, but the times i have used it with my waterings, not every time, but max twice in veg, the plants responded really well! It must be from fresh coconut, or if bottled it HAS to be raw, otherwise, all other organic or natural bottled coconut water was boiled prior to bottling/canning for preservation, and thus the main benefits of the coconut are lost in that process.
