And once you hit 40 you will be like "how did they do it" LOL
Lol got a feeling it'll be earlier than that.

Funny enough I was on a site a few months ago with this old dude. He was in his 70s. Guy was missing a few fingers and looked like death. Probably 140 pounds and smoked 2 packs a day.

That old bastard knew how to do my job, the operators job, consultants, everything. Not to mention there's me, a pretty limber 24 year old and he was working circles around me and my foreman. I seen him yanking cables through 3 feet of mud like it was string.
Was one of the most miserable people I've ever met but anyone who can work like that at his age and fitness, and have the knowledge he does, has my respect 100%.

Worked like a damn dog on that one. Got the job done in half the time cause of that crazy old dude though! Lol!

Alaska - down to $10-$12 @ hour for trimmers. Alaska minimum wage is $10 for any regular job.
I'd have to agree dude. I'm 24 in the trades. Sad how many people can't even make it to work for decent money. There's very few people in my age group I'd offer a job. Over the last couple years I've offered 2 friends of mine work.

Hell it works out for me though, so I can't complain. In another 10 years once the boomers are retired I'll be swimming in work that people my age don't want to bother how to learn.

Haha I love it. I'm in a trade as well! Like you I would only offer a job to only a few people!
People look down at people in the trades! I laugh though, I'm sitting there thinking I'm a journeyman bitch and yeah maybe I dont go to a fancy office but I definitely make more money than you! You're definitely right about the boomers retiring. There is plenty of work here but like you said once they retire we are going to kill it even more so then we do now. I'm gonna link up this video, watch it! What Mike says is very true.

I'm a bit older than you, but you are definitely right and even though I dont know you. I have lots of respect for you. Just based off you being in the trades alone! It shows me what type of man you are and speaks for your character. Also shows me you're not a whiny lil bitch & that I can dig! We are probably in two different trades but either way it makes us brothers.

outdoor bud is so dam cheap now. I heard in cali they selling pounds for 500$ so how much do they pay trimmers now that the price is heavily reduced?
In my area, it hasn't dropped much compared to price per unit. On average, it's $100-$150 a unit.
It was the largest complaint last year, and one if the reasons I trimmed my own.

I do mine my hand for the very tops, cuz thats my personal reserve anyhow...

I run this one, have for years now, grabbed a 10-pack of spare blades, so I can swap out n keep going w/o any cleaning/sharpening slowdowns... Then I can take them all at once eventually to have them sharpened by someone who does it right.

Worth every penny (I it was 150 when I got mine) and you figure out the blade height spacing pretty quick... then its just a few minutes of snipping n sorting buds, lop off the bottom 2 big leaves (optional) and into the trimmer!

Bonus, the trimmings are perfect to dry out n make oil from :) No waste....

It..... does?

But I dont like it. I feel like you get more waste, and lose a lot more trichs in the process, I prefer to trim fresh as possible, while the leaves n stems are still nice n stiff, so they cut cleanly.

It comes with a serrated and regular blade... I have found the serrated one works better for dried buds if you gotta do it.

That works out at £23 or $30 per ounce.

What with electricity costs, the best nutes used per crop and labour..........it costs me about that much to produce it!
I heard an update. my bro says dispensary pays more but on paper they put 5k for 10 pounds to avoid taxes. no one knows for sure what is paid it's between dispensary manager and vendor.
