Coco feeds

What's everyone feeding their coco?

I cannot get them to look right despite feeding 1.1EC

Normally this grows me 4 footers in dwc

My last two coco grows I fed w/ Mega Crop. 400 ppms (500 scale) during small veg, large veg and bloom upped ppms to 600. Mid to late bloom 800 -850 ppms with pk boost. Always ph'd to 6.3. I would only use a calmag once with the first watering (Feeding) to charge the coco, also added calmag to first feeding when I up potted. Didnt have any issue either grow. Worked for me so I'll keep on keepin on with that method.

What size pots? How often are you feeding?
They are in 12oz Solo cups. They are about 6" with no axial branching. Look yellow. Was giving them 0.7EC but upped it to 1.1EC last watering.

I water them and they are good for a week it's weird. Most people seem to be watering a lot more

I've only seen success when others use Canna Coco products.
I'm using a Jack's and calcium nitrate 3:2 ratio

I tried coco once before and plants looked just like this. They should be a foot + now if I were in dwc.

You may ask why you switching. Just looking for something for the summers (no chiller needed) and I wanna get into breeding and be easier to run lots of seeds for selective breeding.

Just finished reading @homebrewer thread on dynagro vs advanced... great read... Jack's is missing 5 of 16 elements...

personally I use cutting edge but this was just something I was looking over...

Yeah I've read that thread like 5 years ago. I've used foliage pro before. The Jack's listed in that link isn't the 5-12-26 mix i use and i wouldn't use that mix in hydro. I've been using the 5-12-26 mix for a couple years now and plants never looked better.

Somethings not right, No way you can go a week in coir without watering in party cups.
First thing I'd do is up-pot those out of the party cups, Another thought is that you are trying to compare DWC vs DTW coir but you are limiting the roots of the plants in coir by using the party cups. What size DWC buckets where you using?

For dwc I start out in 5 gal buckets then switch to 27gal totes. But plants of this size would still be in my aerocloner which is what I usually use for seeds but these tap roots were too tangled to get them in the collar so I used coco

The cups have no holes on the bottom...maybe thats why I go so long between watering?

You need drainage and the top of that coco is way too dry ;)
