Last time I invited police inside because "I wasn't doing anything wrong" that cost me a weekend in 7 man cell with 42 other mother lovers packed like sardines. Year of P.O, 1200 in fines and fees, classes, 350hrs community service...

Too late to deny them since you already invited them in. Don't be surprised if they toss the whole house up since you said they could. Once they are in you are helpless in what they do and want to search because no warrant needed with a consent to search.

A lawyer will tell you never be naive and admit anything or accept deals, e.g. thinking I'll admit my sheet and be upstanding and honest.

Ha, my neighbor was on a freaking ladder last Friday looking over on our side after 8:00 pm. When we asked him “ can we help you with something” he eased his way back down silently. We’re still debating how to handle that one. No smells or lights can be seen from our backyard, some people are just weirdos.

keep the hose handy, the next time you see him looking over the fence, hose his ass down.
i personally would get a powerful airgun with pellets and shoot the fucker in the eye, tell the police you thought he was coming over the fence to attack you, why else was he on a ladder by your fence in the middle of the night watching you?
but what i would do doesn't seem to work out well for other people, so...hose him down next time.

Has anyone driven through the border checkpoint at Yuma, Arizona? Not knowing what I was headed for, I had a little less than an ounce of my mmj inside small SUV. Dog at checkpoint, border agent tells me dog has indicated drugs or people hidden, pull over to our search area. I pulled into search area where a minivan is being torn apart, each piece of luggage taken apart, shit what do I do?

I seriously thought about admitting to the mmj in car, thinking maybe that would look better to border agents? My better instincts took over and I said nothing, only responding to direct commands, move car here, get out of car, stand here, wait. Second dog is brought out and walked around car. Say nothing. Next command is to get in car and drive between those vehicles in order to leave.

Done, gone, heart recovered several days later.
Dogs don't miss mmj if that is what they are looking for. Second dog was looking for oxy.

OP, I think this thread is more about what happens when you burn the weed, not the smell of those little plants.

Where does the smoke go? Into another unit three down? Can you mitigate the smoke smell? "Smoking buddy" that sucks up the smoke and smell?

The neighbor started this as a ‘I can smell the smoke’, she has evolved into ‘it’s a massive grow operation’. The cunt neighbor let me know that she ‘could see the colored lights from the street, and she isn’t an idiot, and knows they are grow lights’. I attempted to explain to the cunt that she is seeing my Philips Hue lighting system, but she didn’t want to hear about it.

Honestly, these days I dab more wax than I do smoking bowls.

This is a simple case of a busy body cunt neighbor that has made things difficult for me.

But what I don't understand, and maybe you can clarify for us is why you didn't just tell the police it's your Philips Hue lighting system on the initial phone call and be done with it, as you live in a legal/legal State?
