Should I reuse soil?

in the end the labor is not worth the cost but the beauty of understanding, building and maintaining soil is priceless.
you have to wonder what causes your plants to fail, could it be the soil properties? pests? fertilizer? those all remain in the rebuilt soil.

seeing as organic fert sticks in a bag of promix will produce fire I see no reason other than experimenting/recycling to reuse soil on our crop. I recycle 100% of mine in my outdoor gardens

Do you know what rations I should use for a 5 gallon pot ?

follow directions on the organic fertilizer packaging. amazon, walmart etc all carry organic ferts.
a 1/2 cup of granulated org ferts mixed into the top soil every two weeks sounds about right to me if using sunshine pro mix type peats

I thought I had to mix everything together then wait 30 days for it to decompose? And does the soil have to bet moist for it to decompose? Do i leave out in the sun?

Organic granular fertilizer does not mention any of this on the packages. I suggest following the directions on the fertilizer package .
ferts are likely composted, many myths in the growing industry, somebody want to delay our success maybe?

add water to container of promix, until run off, measure amount added, stay consistent, add this amount every time only when your container is light and dried from the last watering. Add ferts when plant begins to need them, as directed on packages
