Calamity!!

Came home from work, washed up and went to check levels etc. Only to find the rain forest had moved in! Fan, dehumidifier, carbon filter and watering pump were all silent. All are fed from same circuit. PANIC!! I had forgotten to press reset on rcd after clean up yesterday. RH was 95. Wish I had taken a photo. Got all on and working and left tent door open full. RH down to 60 after about 45 minutes. I left tent open for a further hour and now at RH 45
Question o_O .... Have I done enough to avoid mold issues?
Q (:... What more can I do, any suggestions?

Thank You All

what stage of life are your plants in?

mold requires high humidity, cool temperatures, and poor air movement to germinate.
if you dropped your humidity and increased your air movement then i think you'll be fine.

it all depends on what stage of life your plants are in though. if they are in veg i wouldn't be worried.

ah well that is a bummer. your lights were on or off? like i said mold requires cooler temps to germinate. if your fan was off i'm guessing it was also pretty hot in there? hot/humid days happen so i would ride it out.

but if it was below 70F and 95% RH with no air circulation in week 6 of flower, bud rot is a possibility i would keep an eye out for it.

read https://www.growweedeasy.com/bud-rot and keep a close eye as this stuff is really bad.

white powdery mildew is not as bad. wash your freshly harvested buds in diluted hydrogen peroxide if youre worried about white powdery mildew.

Wouch!! The thermo said 74F.
That's great advice. Much appreciated. :bigjoint:
In my favour is the fact that I defoiiated quite a lot of leaves that were overlapping etc. And strung any/most buds that touched. Or at least I think that's in my favour? :blsmoke:. I shall check out the link. Thank you.
