Triple purple rhino and silver blaze... I’m keen on these
ok.. clear cups are bad. They let light in and roots don't like light. Bugs are probably (look Ruby I spelt it right!!) gnats. Not a big issue in small numbers and not unusual in a soil grow- yellow stickie bug stuff is a must really in a indoor soil grow.Good afternoon people, looking for some advice, I’ve just potted some seeds in cleer cups, soil mix and worm castings, noticed this morning the soil is crawling with bugs , checked the worm castings that’s where they’ve come from . The question is do i need to get rid of these bugs , if so how , cheers j
Thanks mate some kind words there... I am going to go a lot easier on all fertilisers next run and should have a very full canopy I have two veg tents atm coz it all won’t fit in, going to flip my other tent for the fem seeds, plants are looking bit weird but I guess that’s the colloidal silver workingI'd wager on you getting over a pound comfortably and hope you get closer to 2. Having AC is a big help with the humidity in mid to late flower. Apart from some odd over fert and some wacky canopy management at times your grows are on point. You are going to be an awesome grower in a very short period of time. Spend some time working on the dry and cure though. That let you down.
Its never to late.Gents,
Newbie here....
I wanna give you lot a whole-hearted thanks for what I've learned in the past couple of weeks of trawling through this thread of local Aussie growing information/knowledge. I'm currently reading it from about a year ago (page 1300-ish?) & will eventually catch up. Along the way, I've picked-up a shitload of valuable info. You've saved me from making a swag of newbie mistakes.
I'm a homebrewer of long-standing & see a lot of newbies try to throw everything but the kitchen sink at their brews, thinking that it'll make things better, when KISS is the answer. I see parallels here.
I have ABSOLUTELY ZERO WHATSOEVER interest in hydro. I'll grow my plants either in the ground, or large pots with amendments. That's my choice & what I'm going-with. I've got some soil & extra bits to play with this weekend.
I know that it's a bit late to start things, but I've got a few seeds germinating now & a few on the way from Europe.
A mate's wife has a chronic pain condition that she's found relief from cannabis, but doesn't like the "head" effect, so I'm doing a favour for them (since they can't grow for themselves) & will grow some low THC/high CBD plants.
I'll get back to you when I catch-up.
Whats your states indoor plant count for perso without needing proof of traffic / sales? Thanks mate some kind words there... Go with what Ruby suggested. He has had good success with it. I use a similar local variant as a base called Kelpomix. As a rule any slow release ferts are bad as its hard to control feeding the plant the correct stuff at the appropriate time.Hi I know this isn’t the place to post a advice question but seeing you all have more experience than I do and are Aussie this can help me. I am trying to figure out what soil I should get. One without auto realise of nutrients over time and one I can get a Bunnings. Would anyone have some advice on this? Thanks would mean a lot as what I am using now is a slow release of nutrients over 6 months and I don’t think it’s helping my plant with its issue. Thanks

So no need to dry it?you can do either but i always found a cleaner product from frozen
did you use a paint mixer and a drill? its the only way to roll for bubble. saves a lot of stirring and i feel like it increases yield and quality as you can really give it a nice long gentle run.Ive only done bubble bags a couple times and that was with dried material that was then frozen. Make sure you have allot of trim, I don't think its a great return for the work and the mess.
nope. just fresh trim straight into the freezer. if your freezer has an extra cold section put it in thereSo no need to dry it?
I think it’s 30 or 50... I’m not sure I’ll look it up, I’m not really worried, it’s only weed at the end of the day, not like I have a ounce of meth and a shotgun... bigger things to worry about I reckonWhats your states indoor plant count for perso without needing proof of traffic / sales?
Mines 19 and I cannot for the life of me stay under it. I need more will power!!
some states like WA are a bit draconian..30 would be a few years holiday.I think it’s 30 or 50... I’m not sure I’ll look it up, I’m not really worried, it’s only weed at the end of the day, not like I have a ounce of meth and a shotgun... bigger things to worry about I reckon
what state are you in luke?Whats your states indoor plant count for perso without needing proof of traffic / sales?

I'll have to defer to your knowledge here. I was under the impression that high THC was "Head" & low THC/high CBD was "body"/ best solution. Its never to late.
I actually grow a low THC CBD strain. 6% THC and 6 % CBD (claimed) for a cancer patient. THC is best for pain, Ive gone the oil capsual dosage route for her and its amazing how quick her tolerance has built up. GL
A lax one thank fk. Numbers here are not the best but the sentencing is extremely light- Tas.what state are you in luke?
