Dumb question about dimming

can I dim LEDs for quick check on the plants and then turn them right back up?

Why do you need to dim them to check them?

Because I would like to do so... Easier on the eyes to work under a bit less intense light and less light out the windows for neighbours to see.

cover your windows, but yeah, dimming isnt no big deal. Its not always sunny on a cloudy day.

I know the plants will not mind. I'm asking if the leds will... I would guess not, but I want to make sure I don't fuck them up. You know like how you shouldn't do that with an HPS...

You can dim up & down all you like with LED & not hurt them at all.

You should keep a pair of these on you. I keep several pairs for all the different lighting I use. Since you didn’t quote me I didn’t see your response but you got your answer. Happy growing.
