dr ford was attesting to kavanughs character..this was not a trial..it was a job interview.

assuming you have a job, when a new guys shows to interview and acts (screaming crying tears angry belligerent arrogant and outright lies) like kavanaugh..would your boss/owner have hired him? and if he did, he's assigned as your new boss..would you work for him?

Nepotism(seniority/legacy) and good ole boy/girl (popularity) trump qualification(merit), whether for a job or on an online forum.

I think we need to work towards meritocracy where the most qualified get the job, but training needs to be equal and equal access to practice.
