But given the history of Quebecer's, they'll take to the streets 'en masse' to force changes. That's one (of the few) things I like about their culture - they don't put up with shit like this.

A dispensary in Nova Scotia is fighting them in court. Their case has been put over till February. One of their main arguing points is that it is unconstitutional to force medical patients to only have access to LP poisoned medicine . They have been open since being "busted" with no further problems.
Will be interesting to see how that case plays out.

Oh no doubt. The question then becomes are there enough Quebecois who care about this particular issue. Let's hope so.

I know the head shops here in Manitoba are lobbying the government for grow rights. Last time I was in there I got a bumper sticker with a huge cannabis leaf on it that states “it is not a crime to grow a plant” I asked for a second decal so the wife’s van could fly one too. Lol fuck prohibition 2.0

The ruling party will suffer political consequences for it. They can't avoid it if they go forward with a stricter regime than in the other provinces.
