i would veg til about a foot tall then flower can take anwhere from 6-12 weeks i would also trim up like 5 inches from the bootom

1 foot will tern into 2 or 3 or even 4 by the time your done

i veg for 3 weeks im in hydro though they seem to grow alot faster im new to hydro grew soil for years though

i think you should pinch out that growing tip wait 2 days and trim the botom up just a little wait a few day then flower

thats what i would do it will make it grow nicer trim it up promotes good circulation under plant and most of that wont really amount to much as light doesn;t really reach and toping will slow down the main growth and let lower growth grow up for a more even canopy in flower and you get 2 fat top colas up to you though

I'm using alot of light thats why people are sayin its really short shes under 250w hps and 12 40w T-12's shes getting plenty of light and tussel i heard if you top you get two smaller colas instead of one huge one and my lower growth aint that much shorter then the top one.

wait til he flowers, that first stretch, his plant is going to get huge fast! my AK 48 was bushy like that, after five days in flower it doubled in size.

hey fatgirls... if u arent using your 250hps u should be. i would do exactly as tussel says, and then flower. that plant is gonna get huge.
when i flowered my ak48, i gave it 24 hrs of darkness, it really opened up the plant to make room for the light to hit the buds. i really recomend that dark stretch with bushy plants. looks like a nice grow. GL

with the stretch before it flowers it woul prolly be ok and would even up that lower growth so your lights more efficiant but you can always not this grow than do it on the next and see what the result is for yourself

cant wait to see how it turns out for you. if you look at micro racers plant you see how the top shot up past the rest of the plant the light is not as intense down their topping can help even it up a little bit more but thats not sayin that plant is bad its a fine example of a plant, tops all closer to the light= more gooder.
