Needing Guidance for F562b build.

Hey everyone, Would greatly appreciate some help with the finishing touches on my Samsung fstrip build. I want to wire in parallel and plan on using 5 pin waygo's for connecting everything.

I have;
32 f562b strips (3500k)
32 24 inch long 1inch wide heatsinks from heatsink usa
3 hlg 240h-24 drivers (unfortunately I fucked up and they are undimmable)

I'm not Intending on using all the strips yet. but rather have a larger grow area opening up soon so I just ordered in bulk to save money.

The build I am trying to make a light for is for my 2x4 grow tent (which has two fans and a 4inch inline fan with carbon filter for airflow)
And a second 2x2 light for a mother/ clone area.
Howmany strips should I be using for both layouts. and are my 240h drivers junk since they aren't dimmable? or could I get away with using one for my mother/ vegetative light driving 8 strips.
Would be great to get some use out of them since I already have them but its not the end of the world if I can't because the seller refunded me since they listed them as dimmable.

any downsides to using 2 sided thermal tape?

I'm very new to this and understand some of you are probably tired of stupid questions like these but I would greatly appreciate some help

They are not undimmable. You just have to pull out the rubber plug for DIM and turn the screw counter clockwise. It's only 50-100% but that should be all you need.

Check Meanwells website for the spec sheet on hlg drivers. You will find, just like I have. That there is a third version. That is neither a nor b which is undimmable. Cheers.

The nice thing about those drivers you have is that you could use ALL the strips you have on them now, gaining in efficiency, then later when it's time to build the 3rd light disconnect some strips from the other two lights and build the 3rd light. No reason to leave unused strips on the shelf collecting dust.

Ie put 21 strips on the flower light and 11 on the veg light.

Thank you both for the input! Just to be clear, If i connect "toomany" of the lights it just shares the load and effectively will work as a form of dimming? allowing me to get down to around 50-70% top end of drive? that would be completely fine being wired in parallel ?
hypothetically saying 10 strips per 240h 24 would have me down to about 60% load on each strip correct?

8-12 strips per 240H 24. If it was me trying to light a 2x4 flower area I'd of went with 13 strips on a 320H24B on a 24x40" frame. That would give you 43 wsf, more than ample power for the flowering.
What are you using to drive those lights you have pictured?

Okay with all of that in mind I'm thinking build three lights right now, two with 10 strips one with 11. wire them all to the 240h 24's I have.
Hang the two 10 strip lights in my tent. this would be putting me around 60 watt's per foot (shitty metric albeit) Is that suicide or will the fact that everything is running at around half of maximum going to help me here? Could i manage to run 480 watts of these led's without bleaching the hell out of my plants?

Nothing is going to run at half power. The drivers will put out 240 watts and whatever number of strips are hooked up will take those 240 and share it among themselves. More strips won't make the whole system dimmer, if anything it'll actually be brighter because of the better efficiency at lower currents.

Oh so you got the C version or D version?
How about you sit back and let someone who can genuinely help me help.
Because cluttering this thread up with nonsense when I've already spelled out the driver situation isn't doing me a damn lick of good.
I'm looking for informed decisions not trying to reiterate the same point already stated 5 different ways, If that's what i was going for i would go talk to a child about this.

Cluttering this thread? That was only the second post from @Airwalker16, and it was in no way offensive. How about you sit back and take a deep breath? No excuse for such unmerited hostility.

Wow, way to crap on your own thread. He's just trying to help like everyone else.

This isn't me being hostile. It's been stated three times prior to that what driver is being used. Perhaps I don't feel comfortable taking advice from someone who can't wrap their head around something that is plainly spelled out.

Not trying to be a dick, but I'm not looking for help from someone who is still stuck on one subject after its been covered 3 times.
Cluttering this thread is exactly what I see him continuing to go on about the already explained drivers.

Glad to see this is such a safe space, Where everyone is treated as special beings, With important feelings that we must band together to protect. it makes me feel warm and fuzzy.
But I'm here to build a light. And nothing in his post history makes me believe his input is going to do anything but slow down this process and muddle the true conversation at hand.

If that upsets you please pm me about it instead of further muddling this thread.

No one is muddling your thread as much as you are. You've made three posts complaining about a single sentence from someone who asked a simple question. Did you consider that he was asking because he wanted to learn something himself? Ironic, since you're asking for others to share information with you. The last time I saw someone overreact in this way, the helpful posts for which they were asking just dried right up - something you may want to consider as you continue to seek assistance.

And no, I don't have any reason to PM you.

Yeah you caught me, It's me who want's to keep going on about the HLG-240h-24 not being dimmable for the next 3 pages.

Clearly by your post history you know what you are doing and could actually help, But obviously you have no intentions of doing such.
So you are here to do what exactly?
